Coil balance replacement for ComfortWorld window

A home owner from Sacramento Ca says:
I need to know what replacement coil balance part I need for a double hung comfort world window. The window weighs 12 pounds. CWW1 shows the top coil with a 3 on the cover. Below it is the pivot shoe. CWW2 photo shows the bottom coil with a 9 on the cover. CWW3 photo is the assembly on the other side of the window. I am not able to read anything on these covers.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'd need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from one of your windows to help us identify the correct coil balance assembly for your repair. Thank you!

Here is a photo of an undamaged pivot shoe from the other side of the window. Also, the window weighs 24lbs. not 12. Thank you

Many people with your type of Comfort World window pivot shoe have experienced the same type of breakage. We suggest the 15-177 coil spring pivot shoe and reusing your old coil springs as long as they're still in good condition by attaching them with the 33-071 screw. If you need new coil springs, see the Series 152. For a 24 lbs. sash, you will need three S152-8 on each side of the sash. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
