Coil balance replacement parts

Both sides coil snapped.  10.2#lbs window. Can't make out any number markings on coil

Hey there. This looks like the 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 180 Coil Balance springs. If the sash only weighs 10.2 pounds, you'd really just need (2) of the S180-05 5 pound springs, one for each side of the sash. The video below explains.
