Coil balance replacement parts needed

Coils are 1/2" width. Possibly 33" long?Top and bottom balance support parts are both 1.25" width
I can't find these parts anywhere. Please advise! Thank you!

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-111 Pivot Shoe. If the coil spring tape is 1/2" wide, then it is the Series 160 Coil Balance springs. For any spring stamped #4.5, use the S160-04 4.5 pound spring. Let me know if you have any further questions.
