Coil balance vs broken tilt

Quick Learner from 20650
Hi
I am looking to fix these parts on my tilt in windows (the lower sash) of my garage windows. The window falls out if I try to tilt it in due to the broken part. The window will also no longer stay up when opened. The coils and windows no longer have any identifying marks or stamps.  The window pane itself weighs 23 pounds when I removed it from the frame.  The windows are double pane and are 33.5 by 34.5 inches (width x height).

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs. If the window sash these springs support weighs exactly 23 pounds, then use (4) of the S190-640 6 pound springs, a pair for each side of the sash. This would give you 12 pounds of support on both sides, for a total of 24 pounds of support--being within 1 pound of the actual sash weight works just fine. Let me know if you have further questions.
