Hm, while knowing the width is helpful, what would really be helpful in this case would be a picture of the front of the pivot shoe, i.e. with the cam facing the camera. There are a few possible shoes that might be what you need otherwise, so I can't narrow it down any further. You could look at our 15-199 and see if this matches, but if it doesn't, we will need to see a picture of the front of your pivot shoe to get any further. Many thanks.
