Coil balance and shoe

Question

I wanted to find the number on the coil balance today, but was very confused when I saw 3 coils on the one side of the window where the coil had let go of the shoe. These were all parts that came off of one side. Now I'm not sure what to order.

You pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-199. With that in mind, I believe you'd want our S165-4 coil spring. The most important stamp in your case is "#4.0," which indicates 4 pounds of support per spring.
