Coil balance and shoe needed

Coil balance and shoe needed for 0901 double hung window. No other markings on the window other than the pictures. Thank you for your help!

Hello! Your pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-177, which is specifically designed to work with our Series 152 coil spring. There should be a number stamped on the old spring that will tell you which Series 152 weight option to pick.
