Coil balance and shoes

Good afternoon ,
I need a replacement coil balancer (2) and I cannot find any model number on the window .
It is a 30 " double hung and both coils have snapped.
Pictured shows 1 coil in 2 pieces

Your 15-199 pivot shoe looks fine and your coil spring cover, the 15-150S, also looks fine. By the way, the coil spring sits on top of the bottom bumper in the 15-150S. The 1/2" wide coil spring will be our S160-3. The spring weight number is stamped on the coil spring near the pivot shoe as well.
