I also need new plastic covers that go over the coil and screw to the window. Can you give me part number for that? And is there an easy way to remove the parts without cracking the plastic Grove they sit in?

See the newer style components, the 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145. These parts 'sandwich' around each individual coil. See a video below that shows how to remove and replace a similar coil spring system.
