Hello! Thanks for posting. Your pivot shoe looks like it might be an older version of our 15-199. Review its dimensions below and see how well they line up.

The 15-199 is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring, though its weight options are rated in half pound increments. By that I mean that we only have a 7.5 pound option for the Series 160, not 7 pounds. Two S160-7 balances combined can hold up a sash weight of 15 pounds. You may want to weigh your sash to verify that this is accurate.
