Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-191. The 1/2" Series 160 coil springs are used with this assembly. Take a look at the specifications and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!

Hello, and thanks for your reply.
What parts exactly would I need? (I'd like to replace both sides.) What about weight? What are your shipping and return policies?
Thanks, again,
Patrick

You'll need to remove the original coil springs from the window to check for numbers that correspond to the strength options for the S160 coils. If not, you'll need to weigh the sash divided by the number of coil springs used on both sides.

If your window uses two springs on each side, see the 15-150D double support.

Our return policy can be found here. You'd be given multiple shipping options to choose from at checkout once you're ready to order.

The window has two springs on one side and one on the other.

Thanks for confirming, but we would also need to know the exact weight of the sash to determine the spring strength needed for your replacements.

I was able to remove one side. The coil says 7.5.
The window has two coils high and two coils low, four total on each side.
Thank you.

Your stamp code would correspond to the S160-07. Just make sure to confirm that both coils have the same stamp on each side.

There are currently four coils on each side. Will the suggested single coil work just as well?
Thank you.

It looks like some of your springs are broken, making it look like there are multiple springs on each side. We very rarely see more than two or three coils used on each side of the window. I'd suggest weighing the window sash to confirm the number of springs and strength options needed to support it.
