The Series 152 Coil Balance is the spring used for this assembly. They are attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. Since the existing coils do not have stamps/markings, you'll need to confirm exact weight of the window sash. The covers can be replaced with the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
