Hi there!

Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-177 which is used with the Series 152 coil springs.

For your tilt latch, we'll need to see an undamaged latch removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory.

Need 2 =15-177 Shoe
Need 4 =152 #7 Coil this is a double coil 2 of them should have about a 2" longer tongue
Need 2 S152 #5 coil
Need 2 S152 #6 coil
need 4 #26-226 Pivot Bar
Need 2 # 33-072 Screw
Need Right And Left Tilt Latch 11/16BY 2 11/16
