Your balance assembly is made using the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040 3" Pivot Bar.

This shoe uses the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to it using the 33-073 screw. The coils is anchored to the window track using the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip.
