Coil broke from pivot shoe
The coil is not sold separately from this assembly, unfortunately. That said, you will need to replace the entire part with the Series 140 Coil Balance.
I'm happy to narrow down the correct replacement for it, I'll just need to know the stamp/marking from the housing. If yours do not have stamps, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash.

You'll need to weigh the sash, as suggested. Unfortunately, these stamps do not cross-reference to a weight.
To obtain the weight, you'll need to sit the window sash on a scale. I'll need to know the exact weight, down to the ounce.
Thanks for confirming. This coil assembly can be replaced with the S140-04 Quick-Tilt Balance. Two of these will support between 7-8.99lbs.
You'll need one left and one right to repair the window.
