Thanks for writing in! From what I can see in your photos, you coil balance housing appears to be the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. Although, to confirm that this is the correct replacement, you'll need to remove the hardware to carefully compare the dimensions.
This coil housing is compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance. Since your assembly is stamped with an 8, you'll likely need the S180-08 Coil Balance. The mounting bracket used with this spring in the 16-024.
If you are looking to replace the pivot bar, I'll need to see it removed from the bottom of the sash. There are quite a few compatible with this balance assembly, so I'll need to see it to identify the correct replacement.
