Coil spring balance

I am trying to replace coil spring balance.
But, I have no idea which one to buy.
It has mark of "8R" (left one has mark of "8L").
It also has "PAT5,353,548" on it.
I am also including tag from window itself.
Please help me with identifying.

Hello,

Your balance assembly actually looks like a match to the 15-087 housing pivot, which uses the 15/32" wide S180 coil springs and the other related items found on our product pages. If the coils are stamped with 8L and 8R, see the S180-8. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to yours. Thanks for posting!

How about S161-08?
It looks like it has everything I need.
Or
Do you suggest getting the 15-087 housing pivot and S180 coil springs separately?

Unfortunately, the S161 would not be a suitable replacement for your balance assembly. It is important to get exact matches for your original hardware to ensure that the window will function properly, which is why we recommended the 15-087 and the compatible coil balance accessories.
