Product Description

This is a Series 161 replacement constant force balance system for tilt windows. It moderates the operation of your window sash using a specifically calibrated coil spring that allows the window to stay open when raised and remain shut when closed.

This balance comes complete with a metal pivot cam, coil spring, and coil spring cover.
The spring is stainless steel and coated for low friction and corrosion resistance.
A pair of 8 lb assemblies will carry 15 to 16.99 lbs, (sold individually). The weight you need should be indicated as a stamp or imprint on your old balance cartridge cover.

duralite window part

the duralite window wont stay up. i was told my mianatbce tech that we need the coil spring. i attcahed a photo. do you have a replacement part?

Window balance

I need 2 new window balances. This is a very heavy window

broken pivot and coil balance. also sash clips

Have a window with a broken balance as well as some broken tilt latches. the attached photos show the labels and as well as i could get the balance and latches.I haven't seen this type of balance before. Window shoe

Hello there, we have pivot windows that we recently cleaned by pivoting out and now the window is hard to open/close and feels loose in the window frame. I believe that the shoes are worn and need to be replaced but i cant identify the brand of the windows or any shoes that look similar. See attache ... (cont.)
