duralite window part

the duralite window wont stay up. i was told my mianatbce tech that we need the coil spring. i attcahed a photo. do you have a replacement part?

I need 2 new window balances. This is a very heavy window

Have a window with a broken balance as well as some broken tilt latches. the attached photos show the labels and as well as i could get the balance and latches.I haven't seen this type of balance before. Hello there, we have pivot windows that we recently cleaned by pivoting out and now the window is hard to open/close and feels loose in the window frame. hi there have 8 number at roller-tilt is product code is S161-08 correct and ever me foating the window down to ninety degree i still can't take out the windows so the pins still stuck at roller-tilt please let me know how to take out and the roller is right one thank you

What coil balance do I need

The coil broke so window won't go up and stay up. I have no clue what I need to get. Only marking is 3l it's a window world window double hung.

Will your Series 210 replace these balancers?

We had a window company come out to look at why our single hung 610 series window is hard to open and close. He stated our balancers need replaced.
