Question

hi there have 8 number at roller-tilt

is product code is S161-08 correct and ever me foating the window down to ninety degree i still can't take out the windows so the pins still stuck at roller-tilt please let me know how to take out and the roller is right one

Hello,

If you coil balance is an exact match to the S161-08, you should be able to lift the sash straight out of the housing cams once the sash is tilted to 90 degrees.

If not, you may have a different type of balance with a closed cam, which would require more manipulation to disengage the pivot bars. I'll include an example of a closed cam shoe bellow. if that is what you have, you may need to pivot one side of the sash upward while it is tilted toward you to get the necessary leverage to pop out one pivot bar at a time.
