the duralite window wont stay up. i was told my mianatbce tech that we need the coil spring. i attcahed a photo. do you have a replacement part?

Hello there. This looks like either the Series 210 or Series 161 Coil balance system, depending on the thickness. You'll need to remove your old assembly and measure it to see what matches best. See the diagrams below. For a system stamped '8', you should be able to use the S210-08 8 pound system, or S161-08 system specifically. let us know if you have further questions.
