Need window coil spring balance

Question

I need the attached picture type of a damaged one window coil spring balance along with foam (picture # 2). The window has dura seal written on it and it is a 16 pound window weight. All three of my 16 pound windows have one damaged coil spring balance The part (coil spring balance) along with the covering is 1.5 inches wide and approximately 0.5 inches thick. The foam is 1.5 inches by 1 inch in size. I need two right coil spring balances and one left for three of my windows. Let me know if you can identify the parts.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your coil balance assembly can be replaced with the S161-08 Roller Tilt. Be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm; although, I am confident this is the replacement for your existing hardware.

I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a replacement for the foam in the window but you may be able to find it a local hardware store.
