The upper sash will not stay closed, it falls down like dead weight. I've replaced the broken pivot bar/foot but have discovered that the coils coming out of the shoe on both sides of the window is snapped in half. Repair for windows

These are left and right assemblies from a tilt window. They are just like your Series 210 except the depth is 9/16" NOT 7/8" like in your photo. All other measurements are the same.

Does the S161-08 come in pairs or how do you order left and right

I can not find this part or what type of window it is.
