Coil spring balance

I sure can. That pivot shoe looks to be a match for our 15-177, which is designed to use our 1/2" thick Series 152 coil spring. 

You should be able to reuse your old retainer, but if not then you can use our newer style 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 bushing drum. These three parts work together to kind of sandwich over the coil spring.
