Coil spring balances

Hello there. I am afraid I can't cross-reference that label to anything. Simonton windows use a few different coil balance systems. To know what one your window needs, please send us photos of the old assembly, preferably out of the window, and especially the pivot shoe that the springs attach to. We should be able to narrow everything down from there.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a  15-199 Pivot Shoe, which works with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil balance springs or the 3/8" wide Series 165 springs, sold separately. To know which you need, you'll need to remove the old assembly and measure the spring width. See the videos below for further information. Let me know if you have further questions.
