Coil spring broken

Thanks for posting! Your coil balance assembly can be replaced with the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe and the Series 190 Coil Balance Spring (attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw).

To confirm the correct coil spring for your assembly, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the coils. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window. For examples, for a 12lb sash you would need the S190-640 6lb coils.
