Hi. The spring broke in my double hung window. The pictures show the part including the upper clear plastic piece. It may be hard to see but the spring has "5JJ" stamped on it. Hangout.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please compare the dimensions of the 15-087 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs. See the S180-05 coil spring that can support 5 pounds of weight. Together with the other side, the sash should weigh 10 pounds.

Also see the 16-031 bracket if needed. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
