I believe I identified pin and shoe. They are in my cart.
I cannot find the coil springs with a hook bend to engage the shoe

Hey there. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. The newer version of these springs attach to the shoe with 33-072 Fasteners.

Give me the weight of the window sash these balances support. I can use that weight to work out the springs weights you require.
