Coil type window balance

The metal coil in this vinyl window has broken and the bottom slide is no longer attached to the fixed top part of the balance located in the slide. I'm looking for whatever parts I need to get this window back to functionality.

Window came from Kendall windows in south jersey about ten years ago, and they referred me to you guys for parts.

I believe you can use our Series 140 coil springs. You need the spring weight number stamped on the coil spring; otherwise, the sash weight. To confirm, we would also need to see the bottom sash tilt bar that fits into the pivot shoe. Send a photo!

I'm attaching additional photos of the balance, front, back and side. The only number visible on any of the parts is a number 6 on the metal coil itself. I also damaged one of the housings during removal, so I'd love to replace the whole assembly.

I believe you can go with our S140-6 coil springs as a replacement. But, before we confirm that, we'd like to see some photos of your current pivot bar.
