Coil window balance

Question

Hello, This is a replacement window form the late1980's. The cam broke off on one side of the window and porbable would need to replace both coils. The window weighs around 15-20 lbs. The coil was unscrewd from the top to see what it looks like together.

Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but the pivot shoe resembles the 15-177, which uses the 1/2" Series 152 coil springs. You'll need to check the stamps on the original coils or confirm the exact weight of the sash to choose the corresponding strength options.
