Would like to purchase a left and right coil window balancer 6 pound, this is the picture of what it looks like.

Thanks for posting! May I see a photo of the front of the balance shoe? I'm almost certain of the series you need but I'll need to see the design of the shoe and the cam on the front to confirm.

Thanks for the additional photos. I believe our Series 140 Quick-Tilt Balance should work as a suitable replacement. You'll need the S140-06 to replace your 6lb coil.

These are sold in left and right pairs.
