Which part do I order for my tilt windows. Coils are in good shape.

This exact shoe is no longer made but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe will work to replace it. Carefully look over the dimensions below to ensure the width and thickness are a match.
The pivot bar tip reminds me of the 26-226. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to find an undamaged pivot bar to compare the specifications to.
