Coils

Question

The coil support have "3/8 dual" written on the inside. They don't look broken. I believe  the coils broke. They have #6.0 35 Printed on them. I don't know if I should buy coils only and figure out how to assemble them with the support and the pivot shoe, or if I should buy all these pre-assembled as a kit. Thanks

Thanks for posting! Your coil balances can be replaced with the Series 165 Coil Balances. These are compatible with the 3/8" 15-204 Coil Dual Support. Since they are marked with a 6, you'll need the S165-6.

The parts for this assembly are not sold as a pre-assembled kit. That said, you will need to remove the hardware to assemble the balances and then install them. Take a look at the video tutorials, tagged below, for reference.

If you need assistance with having the shoes identified, I'll need to see a clear photo of them, preferably removed from the window track.
