Coils stamped #7

Both coils stamped #7 were broken when i moved in. sash is 18 x 34. Weight 12#. All other same windows work fine. Should I order pr. #7 or #6 S190 to replace both broken tapes?

If the sash is 12 pounds, then I'd definitely go with our 6 pound S190-640 springs. Whoever installed the windows originally probably just used whatever was on hand. You don't want the springs to be too strong.
