Commercial door pivot set

I need a hinge pivot set for this door, and suggestions on how to get the old, rusted, and seized hardware out.

Hello,
Take a look at the 79-128 pivot set that was used on Tubelite commercial doors. Take a look online at the pivot set along with the installation video to help you with the install.
