Product Description
Swinging door replacement hardware for Arcadia, Arch Aluminum, Tubelite and Vistawall commercial doors. This offset pivot set is used to replace the lower and upper pivots in a right hand 1/8" recessed HL door. Use with aluminum commercial doors and frames; for doors weighing up to 125 lbs. Features 1/8" vertical adjustment; an oilite bronze bushing in top frame portion; case hardened, spring loaded pin in top door portion; case hardened stud in floor/jamb portion; full race ball bearing in bottom door portion. Includes fasteners. To adjust the lower pivot you will need a 5/8" open end wrench. Finish/color is a baked satin aluminum paint.
