The Left hand door rubs on lower right side of threshold. Problem with the upper or lower pivot point on this 30+ year old door??? Can you possibly identify the part or parts from photos sent? Need a replacement upper pivot for commercial door. Pivot pin diameter is 5/16 inch. Pivot is secured to the upper frame via three phillips screws spaced at 3/4 inch. Unfortunately the lower hinge pivot cannot be revealed because the door frame was installed over the lower threshold which prevents ... (cont.)

The left door is hinged on the left and opens outward, while the right side is hinged on the right and opens inward. I do not see any markings on either.
