Hair Salon - Door pivot

The Left hand door rubs on lower right side of threshold.
Problem with the upper or lower pivot point on this 30+ year old door???
Can you possibly identify the part or parts from photos sent? I don't mind ordering a couple variations if needed - (just want one of them to match ... when I do remove the door).

Take a look at the 79-128 door pivot set. This looks like the one shown on your commercial door, but review the specifications to confirm. Thanks for posting.
