Looks like a 79-128 but i guess they no long make them with the separate bearing.

I'm not sure if this is hinge is a product that you make, maybe an older version?

Hello. I am looking for a part to repair our door. The bottom pivot seems to be the issue. I am not a construction/ hardware savvy person please let me know if you need me to measure any parts of the door or need more pictures. Thanks!

I wanted to know if you thought the pivot hinge on my door would be adjustable (left to right) ? I have attached some pictures of the hinges as well as a picture showing my problem. Secondly do you guys sell replacement hinges that are adjustable?

I am looking for a part that goes inside the door so the CMI door turns and stays straight. Currently the door is dropping down and it ends up touching the tile.

I am wondering if it is possible to replace the lower hinge without taking out the side jamb? Is it possible to just remove the four screws holding the hinge and the sill and swing it out of the jamb? If not, there seems to be no way without completely removing the entire assembly to get a new hin ... (cont.)
