I'm not sure if this is hinge is a product that you make, maybe an older version?

Take a look at the 79-128 right-hand pivot set. I have used this type of pivot in the past to replace the pivot you show in your photos. I can't remember if I had to drill new installation holes to fit the new pivot. You may need to. However, it did work well as a replacement.
