Commercial door pivot

Question

Need a replacement upper pivot for commercial door. Pivot pin diameter is 5/16 inch. Pivot is secured to the upper frame via three phillips screws spaced at 3/4 inch.  Unfortunately the lower hinge pivot cannot be revealed because the door frame was installed over the lower threshold which prevents threshold removal. Upper pivot cannot be removed because the door provides access to a thrift store that operates six days per week.

Thanks for posting! I believe you'll need the 79-127 Left 1/8" Recessed Door Offset Pivot Set, but you'll need to compare the specifications to be sure. The right handed version is the 79-128.
