Product Description

Swinging door replacement hardware for Arcadia, Arch Aluminum, Tubelite and Vistawall commercial doors. This offset pivot set is used to replace the lower and upper pivots in a left hand 1/8" recessed HR door. Use with aluminum commercial doors and frames; for doors weighing up to 125 lbs. Features 1/8" vertical adjustment; an oilite bronze bushing in top frame portion; case hardened, spring loaded pin in top door portion; case hardened stud in floor/jamb portion; full race ball bearing in bottom door portion. Includes fasteners. To adjust the lower pivot you will need a 5/8" open end wrench. Finish/color is a baked satin aluminum paint.

I need to replace the hinges and wanted to confirm your 79-127. The door appears to have a 1/8" recess from the door frame as shown in 4077 picture. I just want to make sure I am ordering the right part. If I am wrong, what part do you recommend?

Need a replacement upper pivot for commercial door. Pivot pin diameter is 5/16 inch. Pivot is secured to the upper frame via three phillips screws spaced at 3/4 inch.
