I need to replace the hinges and wanted to confirm your 79-127. The door appears to have a 1/8" recess from the door frame as shown in 4077 picture. I just want to make sure I am ordering the right part. If I am wrong, what part do you recommend?

Hello,
The 79-127 pivot set does look like the one you show in your photos. The mounting holes look like they match up to yours, and both hinges look similar. Our records indicate that the 79-127 is commonly used on Vistawall doors. Take another look at the pivot below, along with the related video.
