Need to ID part and also adjust it

Question

Can you tell me what door pivot make/model this is please? Also, does it allow for adjustment of the door? The door isn't square with the frame, it is leaning to the left if I'm looking at it from inside the building. I need to try and align it to it's hanging squarely in the frame. It's currently dragging on the bottom left corner.

Thanks for your post. Your door pivot reminds me of the 79-127 Recessed Door Offset Pivot Set used on Arch/Amarlite commercial doors; the opposite version is the 79-128.

The top pivot pin looks like it is coming out at the bottom of the housing, which could be causing the door to sag. Once you install the new pivot it should fix the issue.
