Compatible Window Pivot Shoes

Question

I'm trying to find replacement pivot shoes for these double sash tilt windows.    In the photos, the bottom part broke off.   I tried to use the 5/8" window spiral pivot shoes from TILT,   but it seems like it's slightly too big due to two small channels on the front.   3/8" is too small.    I don't know what is compatible.   I feel this repair is achievable with the right shoes, but I'm close to giving up.

Hello! We should be able to get you a shoe that works, but we have to figure out what the thickness is. It's good to know that 5/8" and 3/8" won't work, but that doesn't tell us what will work. I'll need you to take the shoe out of the window and measure its thickness as carefully as you can. Once we have that, we can make a recommendation. It's best not to guess for this kind of thing.
