Complete coil balance

Hello looking for 2 (right and left) complete balance assembly. Pivot, coil and mounting block

Numbers on Mount block:
5.232.208
5.365.638
6.584.644 B2

Coil stamp:
#4.5 35" P

plastic mount is just under 1.25 inches wide and 1.5 thick 1 5/8" tall.

Would like to have the whole thing as the plastic parts are worn and cracked. Windows came from Lowes, just Standard generic windows nothing brand name" special" Double hung, tilt sash, vinyl.
