I'm looking for a tool to open up the jambs so I can replace the friction shoes. Do you have anything like that?

We carry a friction shoe, 15-104, that should work for your jamb liner. To remove and install a new friction shoe, you will need to remove the sashes and the jamb liners, then slide the friction shoes out.
