Compression sash liners with springs

Question

I have heard from a neighbor that these are patriot windows distributed by universal that are wooden double hung compression tilt in windows. Would like to find replacement parts. Windows are probably from the late 80's.

Hey there!

We don't sell replacement jamb liners or the spring assembly shown here, unfortunately. The only thing we can supply is the 15-104 shoe. If this is a wood window, your best bet would be to contact a local millwork. I sincerely apologize that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
