Confirm Channel Balance

Question

The channel balances just have 28D stamped on them. I've included a picture of the existing channel balance. Just want to confirm that this is the 29" Series 390 Channel Balance 2840. Thank you!

Also, window sash weighs 23 pounds. The metal portion of the channel balance is 29" in length and the shoe looks like it is 15/16" deep. The width of the channel is 1/2".

Thanks for reaching out! The balances you need would be the S380-29 since the depth of your bottom shoe is 15/16", which is most likely 1". Your balances also have a winged to and a winged bottom.

Take a look at the diagram below to confirm. You would need the 2840 stamp.
