I ordered the 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam previously and it does exactly work, the top will not slide around the pin in the spring. These are patriot windows. The dimensions are same as the above part. please confirm part 15-195B is the correct part. I have already sent in for a RMA on the first part ordered. thank you

This balance shoe appears to be the open cam version of the 15-236 T-Lock Balance Shoe, which is made for a balance with a grove in the bottom of the channel. The balance nor the open cam shoe are made any longer, so you will need to replace the entire assembly to completely the repair.
I'm happy to confirm the correct replacement. To identify the balances, I'll need to know the length of the metal channel and the stamp from the channel. I'll also need to know whether the balance installs at the top of the window track using a screw or a hook.
You will need the 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Lock Shoe, as it is sold separately from the balance.

As suspected, your balances have the groove at the bottom of the channel. That said, the 15-195/15-195B would not fit your balances.
You'll need to replace your balances with the S795-30 with a 30B stamp and the S795-36 with a 36B stamp. The 15-195B shoe is compatible with these balances. Again, it is sold separately from the balances.
The replacements will come with a screw tab on the top. You'll only need to swap the shoes out once you receive the balances.
